Speaker Boehner - WHERE ARE THE JOB CREATION BILLS?

The Republicans are all over pulling things down - our new health care plan, federal laws that allegedly don't pass Constitutional muster (or is it Constitutional bluster?). But they can't build anything. Except debt.
